♥ This is the 2nd weekly DIY way to keep your Nails and Feet Healthy ♥

♥ This week is to teach you how to Apply Nail Fungus Treatment ♥

♥ Always rememebr to apply all kinds of treatment or creams with clean hands ♥
♥ Always remember never to share your bottle of treatment with anyone else except yourself  ♥
♥ Just follow the Steps above in the Picture for at least 3 months, every single day. Put the treatment at least twice a day, everytime after showering and drying your feet or hands ♥
♥ If you see the fungus is gone, you can either continue putting the treatment or keep it in room temp ♥

 ♥ We have decided to post ways to keep your nails and feet healthy every Friday. So follow us on Facebook and our blog for more information weekly  ♥

 ♥ 1st post  ♥

 ♥ Ways to get all the disgusting hard heels dead skin to go away ♥  

 ♥ Step 1 : Mix 1/4 Cup of Listerine ( Any kind also can, But i prefer the blue kind ) 

 ♥ Step 2 : 1/4 Cup of Vinegar  ♥

 ♥ 1/2 Cup of Warm Water or HOT if you like ♥

 ♥ Pour all of the ingredients together into a Plastic Foot Basin  ♥

 ♥ Soak your Feet into the Foot Basin for about 10-15 mins  ♥

 ♥ When DONE, Wipe with a Cloth. The Dead Skin will practically Fall Right Off  ♥

 ♥ After that Apply  Foot cream and if you have "COTTON SOCKS", wear them Overnight after you apply the foot cream ♥

 ♥ Do this Once every 2 or 3 weeks ♥
